Alleged property of El-Rufai's spoke person built in just six months

A facebook user who goes by the name George Makeri posted this picture on his timeline claiming it belongs to The Kaduna state governor's spoke person Samuel Aruwan, he also specified that Aruwan built this beautiful house in just six months.
