DIY: How to shrink fibroid naturally Using castor oil.

Studies have found out that Consistent use of castor oil pack helps shrink fibroids, eliminate ovarian cysts, helps open blocked falliopian tubes, detoxifies the liver and helps with conception.
However you have to do away with drinking Coke Sprites, Fanta, Pops, and Soda.


For the Castor oil pack:
1.Castor oil usually sold at the Pharmacy.
2.Cotton cloth
3 Hot Water Bottle( the one usually filled up with hot water and used to warm up a cold person)

For all cases mentioned above, first thing in the morning:
1. Boil hot water and pour in the hot water bottle.
2. Apply a lot of Castor oil starting from the liver area which is at the right side underneath the right breast down to your lower abdomen, where the uterus (womb)is located.
3.Place the light cotton material starting from the liver area where the Castor is applied down to the uterus ( womb) area.
4.Laying on your back,facing up.
5.Place the hot water bottle starting form the lower abdomen area for 30 minutes, repeat same for the liver area for 15 minutes.
Do this 4 times in a week and within 6 months of consistency there will be a remarkable difference.
